Auto Part Data Aggregation Part One

It’s the last few days of January 2025, and we are making big strides in getting this web application completed. After three long weeks we have finally got a handle on aggregating of data for all of the categories that we are creating static landing pages for. The hardest part of any website is the depth of the content! We are in the cross-hairs of battling the scale of the content and being the last day of the month we have another update. We have started expanding categories, here is what you can navigate to now and find oem auto parts:

    • A Pillar
    • A Pillar Trim
    • AC Compressor
    • AC Compressor Bracket
    • AC Condenser
    • AC Condenser Fan
    • many other categories

How We Plan To Populate Some Eight-Hundred Categories

In a previous post, we spoke briefly about how we plan to aggressively populate our web application and at the same time offer real-time data that is fresh and you have a very good chance at making an acquisition within a reasonable time frame. Well we are writing sophisticated software that will constantly crawl and update our records, and in the month of Feb 2025, we plan on making that a reality.

The greatest challenge is of course maintaining product pages, we are undecided if we should create these page types, and what to do with them when a produce expires? Some professionals believe that it can be detrimental to the overall seo worthiness with pages constantly being deprecated, and others might consider archiving the content so to speak.

    What's Next . . .

We plan on focusing on just getting general category pages, manufacturer pages, and model pages constructed first, before going too niche with a part + category. Getting to the niche category and an auto part category will be a second phase likely towards the end of the 2025 year. So you can expect several thousands of pages of content, products, and the system that works in the background to bring fresh data every minute of every day.

I think we are just undecided about creating product pages at this time, where there can be more vivid information, especially seller information. Offering the seller location, contact, and review information per product can have a valuable impact, so we will take a look at how to engineer that in a way that is dynamic.

When we do make that decision we will make an announcement, that likely will be in the early summer of 2025.
